Anabril Aponte serves as Secretary and Director. Francy Diaz serves as Treasurer and Director. The Board was formally established on May 26, 2026 and meets at least annually to oversee the Foundation's strategic direction, financial integrity, and program approval.
Reset Humano Foundation operates under Bylaws adopted by its Board of Directors on May 26, 2026, consistent with the Texas Business Organizations Code and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation has no voting members; all corporate powers are exercised by the Board of Directors, which must maintain no fewer than three directors serving two-year terms.
The Board maintains a Conflict of Interest Policy requiring directors and officers to disclose any actual or potential conflicts and to abstain from voting on matters involving personal interest. Any compensation paid by the Foundation must be reasonable, reflect fair market value, and be approved by the Board — no part of the Foundation's earnings may benefit private individuals.
The Foundation operates without discrimination based on race, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, immigration background, or economic status, and does not participate in political campaigns or engage in substantial lobbying, consistent with its tax-exempt status. Upon dissolution, any remaining assets would be distributed exclusively for charitable or educational purposes to another qualifying 501(c)(3) organization.
